CNC又叫(jiao)做電(dian)腦鑼、CNCCH或(huo)數(shu)(shu)控機床其實(shi)是香港那(nei)邊的一(yi)種(zhong)叫(jiao)法,后來(lai)傳入大陸珠(zhu)三角,其實(shi)就是數(shu)(shu)控銑床,在廣(guang)、江浙滬一(yi)帶有人叫(jiao)"CNC加工中心"
一般CNC加工(gong)通常是指(zhi)精密機械加工(gong)、CNC加工(gong)車床、CNC加工(gong)銑床、CNC加工(gong)鏜銑床等
CNC優點
①大(da)量(liang)減少工(gong)(gong)裝(zhuang)數量(liang),加工(gong)(gong)形狀復雜(za)的零件不需要(yao)復雜(za)的工(gong)(gong)裝(zhuang)。如(ru)要(yao)改(gai)變零件的形狀和尺寸,只需要(yao)修改(gai)零件加工(gong)(gong)程序,適(shi)用于新產(chan)品研制和改(gai)型。
②加工質量穩(wen)定,加工精度高,重復精度高,適應飛行器的(de)加工要(yao)求。
③多品種、小批(pi)量生產(chan)情況(kuang)下生產(chan)效率較高,能(neng)減(jian)少(shao)生產(chan)準備、機床調整和工序檢驗的時(shi)(shi)間,而且(qie)由于使用最(zui)佳切削量而減(jian)少(shao)了(le)切削時(shi)(shi)間。
④可(ke)加工(gong)(gong)常規方法難于加工(gong)(gong)的(de)復雜型(xing)面,甚至能加工(gong)(gong)一些(xie)無(wu)法觀測(ce)的(de)加工(gong)(gong)部位。

CNC advantages
