CNC又叫做(zuo)電腦鑼、CNCCH或數(shu)控(kong)機床其實是香港那邊的一種叫法,后來傳入大陸珠三(san)角(jiao),其實就是數(shu)控(kong)銑床,在廣、江浙(zhe)滬一帶有人叫"CNC加(jia)工(gong)中心"
一(yi)般CNC加(jia)工通(tong)常是指精密機械加(jia)工、CNC加(jia)工車床、CNC加(jia)工銑床、CNC加(jia)工鏜銑床等
CNC優點
①大量減少(shao)工(gong)裝數量,加工(gong)形狀(zhuang)復(fu)雜的零件(jian)不需(xu)要(yao)復(fu)雜的工(gong)裝。如要(yao)改(gai)變零件(jian)的形狀(zhuang)和(he)尺寸,只需(xu)要(yao)修改(gai)零件(jian)加工(gong)程序(xu),適用于新產品研制和(he)改(gai)型。
②加工(gong)質量(liang)穩定(ding),加工(gong)精(jing)度(du)高,重復精(jing)度(du)高,適應飛行器(qi)的加工(gong)要求。
③多品種、小批量生(sheng)產(chan)情(qing)況下生(sheng)產(chan)效率較高,能減(jian)少(shao)生(sheng)產(chan)準備、機床調整和工序檢驗的(de)時(shi)(shi)間,而(er)且由于使用比較佳(jia)切削量而(er)減(jian)少(shao)了切削時(shi)(shi)間。
④可加(jia)(jia)工(gong)常規方(fang)法(fa)難于加(jia)(jia)工(gong)的(de)復(fu)雜型面,甚(shen)至能加(jia)(jia)工(gong)一些(xie)無法(fa)觀測(ce)的(de)加(jia)(jia)工(gong)部位。

CNC advantages
