一、滑環拆卸清(qing)洗流程:
1、關閉所有通過滑環的電流和信號(hao)
2、拆卸支(zhi)撐板上的螺釘,讓(rang)定子框架可以旋轉;
3、按照箭頭方向(xiang)退(tui)出滑環(huan)殼體;
4、將“滑環清洗劑”對準環道進行噴射清洗;旋(xuan)轉(zhuan)定(ding)子框架,可 以清洗導電環道
5、讓清洗后的滑(hua)環揮(hui)發10—20 分鐘。
注意事項:
1、應該是(shi)專業維(wei)護人員(yuan)(yuan)拆卸(xie)(xie)清洗(xi)滑(hua)環,一般人員(yuan)(yuan)請勿(wu)試圖(tu)拆卸(xie)(xie)滑(hua)環;
2、除非特(te)別臟污,一般清洗(xi)不需要拆卸PCB電(dian)路(lu)板(ban),只需要旋轉定子(zi)框(kuang)架就(jiu)可(ke)以清洗(xi)全部導電(dian)環道;
3、禁止將(jiang)刷(shua)針從PCB電路板上面(mian)取(qu)出(chu)。因為每一根刷(shua)針的彈性壓力都經過準確調整,你拆卸后(hou)不可能(neng)讓它還原。
二、滑(hua)環(huan)的潤滑(hua)裝配流程
1、待(dai)清洗劑(ji)充分揮發以(yi)后,將“滑(hua)環潤滑(hua)劑(ji)”均勻的噴灑(sa)(sa)到導電環表(biao)面(mian);旋轉(zhuan)定子框架,可以(yi)讓潤滑(hua)劑(ji)噴灑(sa)(sa)得更(geng)加(jia)均勻;
2、安裝橡膠密封圈(quan),安裝滑環外殼;固(gu)定支撐板螺(luo)釘。
三、滑環清(qing)洗劑的選擇(ze)
1、清(qing)(qing)洗劑的要求:滑環清(qing)(qing)洗劑應該(gai)能(neng)夠(gou)溶(rong)解輕油(you)形成(cheng)的油(you)垢,溶(rong)解電弧(hu)形成(cheng)的積(ji)碳 和脂(zhi)肪(fang)類(lei)污物等,有較強的揮發性能(neng)。
